Garnet and 9 ct Yellow Gold Poodle Brooch - Vintage 1965

This fine and impressive 9 ct yellow gold vintage brooch has been modelled in the form of a sitting poodle.

The poodle's fur has a textured finish and two inset round cut garnets represent eyes.

The dog wears a collar with studded details.

The brooch secures with a hinged pin and safety clasp and is hallmarked to the reverse with the 9 ct gold fineness mark (9.375), the date letter for 1965 (K) and the London Assay Office hallmark (leopard's head).

This impressive vintage dog brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
