Description


This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver goblet has a circular bell shaped form onto a swept cylindrical pedestal, to a circular spreading foot.


The body of this impressive antique silver goblet is plain and unembellished.


The swept pedestal features a circular knop to the centre encircled with bead decorated.


The circular spreading foot is encircled with an applied bead decorated border to the rim.


This sterling silver goblet retains the original gilt interior.

Condition


This antique 1800s silver goblet is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional presentation condition.

The bead decoration is all very sharp.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the body have wear in keeping with age and location, but remain legible.


Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this example of Victorian silverware.
