An exceptional, fine and impressive, rare pair of antique George V English sterling silver golf related toast/letter racks; an addition to our dining silverware collection

This exceptional and rare pair of antique sterling silver toast racks has a rounded rectangular form.


Each silver toast rack rack has four compartments divided by a cast and applied angular frame modelled in the form of crossed golf clubs.


The central clubs extend and conjoin the nadir of a cast sterling silver golf ball shaped carrying handle.


The hallmarked rounded rectangular shaped base of each piece is supported by four impressive cast golf ball decorated feet.

These antique silver toast racks is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the base frame are all very clear; the hallmarks have been deeply struck due to the exceptional gauge of silver.
