This stunning, fine and impressive Victorian brooch / pendant has been crafted in 9ct yellow gold with silver settings.
The necklace displays a feature 0.57 ct Old European cut diamond claw set to the centre of the stunning sunburst design.
The arrangement is accented with six undulating primary rays, embellished with thirty-six diamonds graduating in size, in a combination of Old European and Dutch cut.
The sunburst design features a further sixty Dutch cut diamonds pavé set in tiered arrangements.
This antique pendant is suspended from a contemporary 18 ct yellow gold 45.72cm/18" trace chain via a scrolling bale the reverse of the setting.
This versatile pendant may also be worn as a brooch via a hinged pin and clasp to the reverse; this may be removed if so required, allowing the piece to only be worn as a pendant.
