2.70ct Turquoise and Pearl, 21ct Yellow Gold Brooch - Antique Circa 1890

Description

This stunning, fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 21ct yellow gold.

The circular brooch is ornamented with a central feature pearl, surrounded by a further twenty-four graduating pearls forming a rosette design.

The outer border of this central floral petal arrangement is accented by seventeen cabochon cut turquoise, totalling 2.70 carats.

The central gemstone arrangement is encompassed with a plain yellow gold border and rim.

This piece of antique jewellery secures to the reverse with a hinged pin with clasp fastening.

This antique circular turquoise brooch with pearls has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 21 carat gold; this indicates the high quality of the piece.
