This stunning, fine and impressive antique locket has been crafted in 18 carat yellow gold.
This stunning locket pendant has a convex domed, heart-shaped form.
The pendant is accented to the centre with a feature Old European cut diamond.
The anterior surface of the locket is further embellished with forty-nine claw set rubies, in a combination of round and oval faceted cuts, totalling 2.80cts.
The reverse of the locket retains the original hinged heart shaped glass panel; this allows a personal memento or photograph to be stored inside, visible through the glass panel.
The pendant suspends from an 18ct yellow gold 18" curb chain via a tapering bale ornamented with five graduating pavé set mine cut diamonds.
The chain secures with a conventional spring-loaded bolt ring fastening.
This ruby locket has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18ct gold.
The pendant is supplied with an independent diamond and gemstone grading report card.
