1.45ct Amethyst and Seed Pearl, 15ct Yellow Gold Necklace - Antique Circa 1880

Description

This stunning, fine and impressive amethyst necklace has been crafted in 15ct yellow gold.

The pierced decorated design is ornamented with five stunning round faceted amethysts, collet set with millegrain decoration.

The apex of the impressive design features a further square faceted cut amethyst.

A stunning pear faceted amethyst articulates from the lower border of the design.

The impressive necklace is further ornamented with six fine and impressive seed pearls in uniform size; two of the pearls are collet set with millegrain decoration and the remaining four are pave set within leaf motifs.

The antique necklace features two additional yellow gold scrolling leaf motifs, positioned on either side of the central amethyst.

The necklace suspends from a fine belcher chain, securing with a conventional spring loaded bolt ring fastening.

The necklace is hallmarked to the reverse of the setting with the mark for 15ct gold (15CT) and the maker’s mark.

The impressive necklace is also hallmarked to the bolt ring fasting with the 15ct fineness mark (15).

This amethyst and seed pearl necklace is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
