Description

This versatile antique opal pendant/brooch has been crafted in 15 ct yellow gold.

This pendant/brooch displays a feature quatrefoil composition of four impressive opals with an elevated central round faceted cut ruby, in addition to a further pavé set ruby to each incurve.

The scrolling frame is embellished with eight cabochon cut opals to the medial arrangement, in addition to four trefoil clusters of twelve opals to the bifurcating interlacing terminals.

The scrolling terminals are further ornamented with four individually pavé set round faceted cut rubies.

This antique pendant is suspended from a contemporary 18 ct yellow gold 45.72cm/18" trace chain via a detachable tapering bale ornamented with a further cabochon opal; a chain length of your choice can be supplied upon request.

The pendant is fitted with a removable 15 ct yellow gold bale attachment to the upper border, set with a single cabochon cut opal.

This versatile pendant may also be worn as a brooch via a hinged pin and clasp to the reverse; this may be removed if so required, allowing the piece to only be worn as a pendant.

The pendant / brooch is hallmarked to the reverse with the mark for 15 ct gold (15CT).

This stunning antique opal pendant necklace is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
