This magnificent, fine and impressive antique opal pendant has been crafted in 15ct yellow gold.

The stunning pendant is ornamented with a magnificent feature heart shaped cabochon cut opal, claw set in slight relief.

The feature opal is framed by a separate, linear, heart shaped setting, featuring twelve stunning millegrain decorated, collet set Old European round cut diamonds.

The magnificent antique pendant is further embellished with a feature millegrain decorated, collet set Old European cut diamond which suspends from the lower border of the heart shaped setting.

The antique opal heart pendant suspends from a 9ct yellow gold 18” curb chain via a ring loop attachment to the upper border of the design, accented with a further three millegrain decorated, collet set Old European cut diamonds.
