These exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver wine goblets have a plain circular bell shaped form onto a waisted pedestal, to a circular spreading foot.
The surface of each vessel is embellished with impressive engine turned decoration, incorporating a circular cartouche to one side.
Each cartouche bears the bright cut engraved crest depicting out of a coronet a dove's head with a worm in its beak.
The upper rims are encompassed with applied moulded decorated borders.
The circular tapering pedestal of each goblet features a continuation of engine turned decoration; one pedestal detaches with a screw fitment, the other piece is solid.
