This fine and impressive vintage brooch has been crafted in 9ct yellow gold.
The vintage brooch setting has been modelled in the form of a sixteen-pointed star / double octagram, in the antique Victorian style.
The brooch is ornamented with a feature pearl to the centre of the design, encompassed with seven claw set round faceted cut sapphires, totalling 0.79ct.
The eighteen alternating points of the star are embellished with an array of fifty-six seed pearls, graduating in size dependant on location.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp.
The brooch is hallmarked with the maker's mark (H&T), 9ct gold fineness mark (9, 375), the date letter for 1965 (K) and the London Assay Office mark (leopard's head).
The brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
