These impressive antique Victorian English sterling silver condiment shakers have an inverted pear shaped form onto a circular spreading foot.

The body of each caster is embellished with a shaped band of embossed scrolling leaf and floral ornamentation on a matte background, flanked with fluted ornamentation in a swirl design.

Each silver caster retains the original hallmarked bayonet fit cover, embellished with further embossed fluted and scroll ornamentation and incorporating pierced circular motifs in a floral ornamentation.

The covers are encircled with bands of applied moulded decoration to the rims.

The weighted base of each piece is encompassed with a band of applied bead decoration to the rim and features green baize to the underside.
