The upper portion of the central support incorporates the original turned wood carrying handle, in the Design style.

The rectangular rounded base is embellished with further turned wood accents to either side, conjoining the aforementioned silver frame and terminal feet.

The impressive toast rack is fitted with the original hallmarked detachable crumb tray; this tray has a rectangular convex form.
