Description

This fine and impressive antique emerald and diamond ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with platinum settings.

The pierced decorated setting is ornamented with three collet set feature emerald cut emeralds, totalling 0.57 carats

The emeralds are encircled by fourteen individually claw set Old European cut diamonds, totalling 1.33cts.

The elevated, tapering ring shoulders integrate with the main yellow gold setting and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank.

The ring has been hallmarked to the interior with the gold fineness mark for 18ct gold (18CT), and the mark for platinum (PLAT).

This impressive rectangular emerald and diamond ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
