The pierced decorated, cluster settings are each ornamented with a feature oval cut Colombian emerald, four-claw set in slight relief to the centre of the design.
The emeralds are each encircled by eight claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, totalling 2.60ct.
The earrings, for pierced ears, secure to the reverse with the original threaded post and screw fastening.
These antique emerald and diamond earrings are hallmarked to the fastenings with the maker's mark (HW), the 18ct gold mark (750) and the Austrian domestic gold mark (elephant's head, 3 - 750 standard); the earrings have been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold.
These impressive antique earrings are supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card, in addition to an emerald report card and certificate supplied by the Gemmological Certification Services, London*.
