This exceptional antique Georgian sterling silver sauce boat has a plain oval rounded form onto three scrolling feet.

The surface of this antique sauceboat is plain and embellished with the contemporary engraved initials 'I.L'.

The sauceboat is fitted with an impressive opposing scroll handle with a scrolling leaf decorated thumbpiece.

This impressive example of Georgian silverware is supported by three impressive applied scrolling hoof style feet with impressive shell motifs in junction with the body.
