The pierced decorated, escutcheon-shaped design is ornamented with curvilinear splayed strands incorporating twenty-seven individually claw set Old European round cut diamonds.
The upper portion of the tapering design is embellished with three ribbon style designs ornamented with ten pavé set mine cut diamonds, terminating with a further claw set Old European cut diamond.
This setting is surmounted with an impressive bow design, accented with an impressive 6.22mm natural pearl representing the bow's knot.
The three-loop bow design is accented with two undulating ribbon tails and is further embellished with twenty-three pavé set mine cut diamonds, completing the design.
The pendant suspends from a contemporary yellow gold 18" chain via a detachable tapering bale to the upper border, accented with a further two claw set diamonds.
The antique pendant may also be worn as a brooch via a hinged pin and clasp to the reverse of the frame.
This versatile pendant/brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold.
