Sapphire, Ruby, Pearl and 0.20ct Diamond, 18ct Yellow Gold Brooch - Vintage Circa 1950

This impressive vintage gold brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with 18ct white gold settings.

The organic design is embellished with size floral style heads; two draped heads feature an impressive pearl.

The setting to the upper portion bears three individually claw set round faceted cut rubies totalling 0.09ct and the lower portion features three claw set round faceted sapphires, totalling 0.08ct.

The remaining two floral heads are embellished with five transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, totalling 0.20ct.

The background of the organic design is further ornamented with three white gold plain curvilinear stems.

The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and safety clasp fastening.

This impressive vintage organic brooch is hallmarked to the reverse with the 18ct gold mark (750) and has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold.
