Diamond Chandelier Earrings

A specific niche of dangle earrings. Its structure stretches until it resembles the design of a chandelier, dropping below the ear, starting sturdier and denser at the top with threads dangling from this structure. Chandelier earrings clink subtly and fill out more space by fanning out from the base in a diamond like or half circle shape. The earrings move with your body and the tendrils drape and dangle loosely. The different branches and segments that combine to make one piece look like a chandelier and are therefore considered lavish and elegant.

The Queen received a pair of chandelier earrings from her father, King George, in 1947 as a wedding present. This in turn boosted their popularity and different adaptations of the style have been worn throughout the 20th and 21st century.
