This stunning, fine and impressive antique 1930s sapphire ring has been crafted in platinum.
The plateaued rectangular setting displays a feature pavé set 3ct cushion cut Basaltic sapphire, flanked with a 0.71ct and 0.62ct Old European cut diamond, in a horizontal linear formation; these feature stones have been carefully selected by the goldsmith in a contrasting colour, creating an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The anterior surface of the ring is enveloped in a frame of sixteen grain-set accent eight cut diamonds, totalling 0.24ct.
The elevated ring shoulders are each embellished with two further eight cut diamonds totalling 0.14ct, integrating with the main setting and blending seamlessly with the plain ring shank.
This antique sapphire and diamond ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum.
This impressive ring is supplied with two IDGL diamond grading report certificates for the feature diamonds, in addition to an IDGL diamond grading report card for the supporting stones and a sapphire report card and certificate supplied by the Gemmological Certification Services, London*.
