Description

This stunning antique Victorian pin brooch has been crafted in 9ct yellow gold.

The brooch has an impressive panelled cube style terminal ornamented with six protruding collet settings individually embellished with two square cut quartz, two panel cut agate, a panel cut bloodstone and a panel cut tiger's eye*, totalling 6.66ct.

The pin brooch secures with a copper pin fastening which has turned decoration to hold the brooch more securely; such period pieces which required increased strength would include a high content of copper and cannot be classified as gold.

This fine pin is supplied with an independent gemstone and diamond grading report card.

This antique brooch is fitted to the original hinged leatherette presentation case which has a satin and velvet lined interior.

The retailer's mark is displayed to the interior of the lid 'Fenton Russell & Co Ltd, Estd 1822, Goldsmiths, Silversmiths & Jewellers, George IV Bridge, Edinburgh'.

A contemporary AC Silver gift box may be provided if so desired.

* Bloodstone (also known as heliotrope) and tiger's eye are both members of the opaque quartz group.

Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
