The components of this antique Victorian service have been crafted by the London silversmiths Thomas Alfred Slater, Walter Brindsley Slater & Henry Arthur Holland of Holland, Aldwinckle & Slater in 1896; as expected with period flatware crafted in London, this canteen is a superior gauge of silver.
This flatware service can be purchased with Queen pattern knives if so desired; for further information please contact Andrew Campbell directly.
This exceptional sterling silver English cutlery set is fitted to a later and refitted oak wood lift up lid canteen box; the box has a vacant and versatile storage compartment to the rear portion.
The cover of the box secures with a working locking mechanism.
