This fine and impressive antique seed pearl necklace has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with 18ct white gold settings.
The elongated, pierced decorated frame is ornamented with scrolling floriated design accented with a single pearl, to a toroid-shaped terminal.
The lower terminal is encircled with fifteen impressive seed pearls, varying in size.
The centre of the design incorporates a single pearl surmounted with a white gold set milligrain decorated collet set Dutch cut diamond.
The apex of the setting bears further scrolling foliate decoration emanating from a further single collet set diamond, completing the design.
The necklace suspends from a 15.58" fine link trace chain via two integrated ring loops to the upper border of the design.
The chain secures with a conventional spring loaded bolt ring fastening to the reverse.
This antique 1900's necklace has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18ct gold.
