This fine antique George V sterling silver fish cutlery set for six persons has been crafted in the Old English pattern.


The blade of each knife has a broad rounded shaped form and the forks have four tines.


The surface of each piece is plain and embellished with a pip to the anterior surface of each handle terminal.


These impressive examples of antique silverware are supplied in felt cutlery rolls; which not only protect the items in storage but significantly reduce tarnishing.


This antique fish service has been crafted in a standard, classic design and could be associated with an Old English pattern canteen of cutlery.


This exceptional fish cutlery set was crafted by the renowned London silversmiths Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd.


Date: 1925

This antique fish service is a very good gauge of silver, excellent quality and in exceptional condition.

The set has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.

Full hallmarks struck to the reverse of each piece are all very clear.
