This exceptional, fine and impressive antique Victorian sterling silver tea caddy has a rectangular form.


The surface of this fine silver tea caddy box is plain and unembellished.


This antique sterling silver tea caddy retains the original hallmarked hinged cover surmounted with the original cast sterling silver loop handle/finial.


The upper plateau of the cover is embellished with the contemporary engraved initials 'TK', surmounted with a coronet.


This exceptional example of Victorian silverware retains the original removable white enamelled metal liner and gilding to the interior of the cover.


This plain Victorian silver tea caddy makes an ideal gift for someone who appreciates antiques, interiors, or classic entertaining pieces. Tea caddies from the Victorian era are valued for their craftsmanship and historical charm, often reflecting the importance of tea culture and domestic refinement during the 19th century.
