This fine and impressive vintage sapphire and diamond ring has been crafted in 18 ct white gold.
The substantial ring features an impressive vintage (circa 1950) claw set 4.60ct oval cut Ceylon sapphire, to the centre of the design.
The sapphire is flanked to the upper and lower portions with three claw-set antique (circa 1910) Old European round cut diamonds, totalling 0.82ct.
The tapering, textured shoulders of the ring integrate into the main setting and blend seamlessly with the 18ct white gold shank; the interior of the shank features a sizing band, this can be removed upon request.
This vintage Ceylon sapphire dress ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold.
This impressive ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card, in addition to a sapphire report certificate from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory Limited, 43 Kirby Street, London*.
NOTE: * This documentation accredits the sapphire originating in Sri Lanka(Ceylon) and certifies that the gemstone shows no evidence of heat treatment.
