This stunning, fine and impressive vintage emerald and diamond necklace has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.
The curved, elongated linear setting is ornamented to the centre with a feature collet set 1.30ct octagonal cut emerald.
The vintage setting is embellished with forty channel set baguette cut diamonds, totalling 5.50cts.
The curvilinear setting suspends from a 18ct yellow gold chain, securing with a conventional spring loaded lobster fastening.
This vintage emerald necklace has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold.
This impressive necklace is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card, in addition to an emerald report card and certificate supplied by the Gemmological Certification Services, London*.
The emerald and diamond concave bar necklace combines restrained geometry with controlled gemstone contrast to achieve modern elegance. The curved bar follows the natural contour of the neckline, enhancing visual flow and wearability, while the emeralds provide concentrated colour against the brilliance of the diamonds. This balanced composition delivers understated distinction suited to both daily wear and commemorative gifting.
NOTE: * This documentation accredits the emerald originating in Colombia and certifies that the gemstone shows moderate amount of oil fissures.
"Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics."
