This blue zircon pendant in yellow gold combines high light dispersion with warm precious metal tonality to create a piece defined by individuality and emotional significance. Blue zircon produces exceptional brilliance through its elevated refractive properties, while the yellow gold setting enhances chromatic warmth and visual contrast. Its association as a December birthstone further strengthens personal relevance, positioning the pendant as both a sentimental gift and a heirloom-quality object for those drawn to distinctive coloured gemstones.
NOTE: * A high zircon is a natural zircon which has not suffered damage from self-radiation during the process of the stone's creation; their gemmological properties are higher for density, hardness and refractive index. The zircon has high lustre and dispersion, in addition to the appearance of extra facets facilitated by double-refraction; each of these factors provides fine brilliance and flashes of fire.
