£3,950.00

A stunning and fine antique 1930s platinum 4.02 carat diamond brooch; part of our diverse antique diamond jewellery collections

SKU C9735

This stunning, fine and impressive antique diamond brooch has been crafted in platinum.

The pierced decorated, geometric rectangular-shaped frame is ornamented with a central quatrefoil design accented with four collet set Old European cut diamonds.

The central cluster design is flanked on either side with a horizontal sinuous array of Old European and Dutch cut diamonds, in a combination of collet and pavé settings.

The upper and lower portions of the central design is further embellished with scalloped arched designs, each accented with six pavé set diamonds.

The incurved cut cornered swept rectangular frame is embellished with a further thirty-two pavé set diamonds, completing the design.

The stunning design secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and push fit fastening.

This finely hand-crafted antique brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum.

This impressive brooch is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card.

This 1930s platinum diamond brooch integrates high-purity material with period-specific design, reflecting the precision and geometric refinement characteristic of early 20th-century craftsmanship. Platinum provides structural strength and durability, enabling secure stone setting, while the diamonds deliver concentrated brilliance and light dispersion. As a wearable object, it enhances attire through refined luminosity and adaptable placement (lapel, dress, or scarf). Its historical provenance and material longevity position it as both a commemorative gift for significant occasions and a durable heirloom with sustained aesthetic and cultural value.
