A stunning, fine and impressive antique 0.49 carat diamond and 0.02ct ruby, 9 carat yellow gold, silver set swallow and crescent brooch; part of our collection of Victorian jewellery

This stunning antique Victorian brooch has been crafted in 9ct yellow gold with a silver setting.


The antique brooch has been modelled in the form of a crescent and bird in flight.


The crescent design is embellished with fifteen pavé set eight cut diamonds.


The swallow style bird design is ornamented with eighteen pavé set eight cut diamonds.


The head of this impressive bird brooch is embellished with a 0.02ct round faceted cut ruby representing the eye.


This 1870s brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp.


This Victorian diamond brooch is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.


This antique brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 9ct gold and silver.
